Saeed A. Bokhari Director With more than 22 years of experience in the Public Service of Canada and ten (10) years of Paralegal work, Mr. Saeed A. Bokhari has developed expertise in Immigration Law, Duty and Tax Consulting, and Traffic Offences. He has plead many successful cases before the Immigration and Refugee Board, Canadian International Trade Tribunal, Assessment Board and the Tax Court of Canada. Mr. Bokhari graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Punjab University, Pakistan and has attended various institutions in Canada to enhance his skills. Mr. Bokhari is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and is semi-literate in French and German (from his studies in Hamburg University, Germany). Mr. Bokhari has actively devoted his spare time to community affairs by serving as Secretary and President (two terms each) for the Ottawa Muslim Association, a founding member and former President of the Islamic Society of Cumberland, Ontario. He has also served as Vice-President of the Canada-Pakistan Association (1987-1988) and the Paralegal Society of Ontario (1999-2000). He is a member of the newly formed Canadian Society of Immigration Counsultants (C.S.I.C.). |
